The delivery window begins when an order is picked up by the carrier. We regret that we cannot guarantee the shipping times as stated above, as delivery time will vary based on carrier and location.

International Orders
All orders shipped internationally will include a flat rate shipping fee, and may incur customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees and is the responsibility of the recipient and will be calculated, displayed, and charged at checkout.

International orders may require the customer to provide additional information to the carrier in order to ensure delivery. For this reason, you may be contacted via email, phone, or SMS text message to provide these details. The carrier will be unable to deliver your parcel without the additional details requested, and if you do not provide this information your parcel will be returned.

RETURNS

Return Policy
You may return any item within 10 days of the delivery date by following the instructions below:

  1. Email us with the order number in the subject line. Within 1 business day of submitting a request you will receive your confirmation by email, which is required for us to process your return.

  2. Once you have received the email please make sure the item(s) you wish to return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, otherwise we will be unable to approve your return and issue a refund.

  3. Once your return shipment reaches us, please allow up to 1 business day for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment and a Refund Confirmation email will be sent to you. 

  4. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
